Join us on July 15th in Santa Fe, NM at Pomegranate Studios, as we welcome Olga Barrios, offering “EXPLORING THE SPACE THAT SHAPE US.” (guests welcome to arrive @ 9:00 am to open and warm up)
This workshop explores the creative body within space, and the shapes and tensions in the space, which also include the relation to other bodies around. The design of the course goes from simple ideas to complex concepts of movement. The beginning focuses on individual developments moving towards group exercises. This course aims to build a progressive structure.
Olga Joins our Summer Celebration and offers this workshop as a peek into her creative process. She is joining a stellar group of International Artists offering a series of performance rituals to the community in honor of their practice, culture, and community, and in commemoration of 20 Years of Dancing Earth on July 20th.
