We are thrilled to announce the upcoming 13th Year Summer Institute hosted by Dancing Earth Creations. This transformative and culturally enriching program offers a unique opportunity for individuals seeking movement, culture, and community to come together and embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and artistic growth.
The Summer Institute, graciously set within vibrant landscapes, will be a heartfelt and thoughtfully curated experience spanning two inspiring weeks. Participants from diverse backgrounds, with varying levels of movement experience and cultural roots, will gather to replenish their spirits through embodied practices, delve into sustainability skills, and nurture their creative expression.
At Dancing Earth Creations, we believe in fostering emerging artist-leaders and celebrating the beauty of cultural multi-identities.
Throughout the program, participants will be exposed to a wide range of creative processes rooted in land dance and diverse cultural dances. They will engage in skill sharing, intercultural exchange, and collaborate with local legendary knowledge carriers, further expanding their artistic boundaries and exploring new forms of expression.
The intensive two-week journey will culminate in a powerful contemporary performance ritual offering, where participants will have the opportunity to showcase their growth as artist-leaders, sharing their unique voices and stories. There's also a performance at the end of the Summer Institute, as a transformative experience for both performers and audience members alike.
