Dancing Earth is proud to debut Eco Elegies - Ritual of Re:Mix, Dreamvisioner Creatrix Rulan Tangen’s newest work, at The SOURCE gathering this Fall at Dance Mission Theatre.

The iteration of Eco Elegies features our Bay Area collaborating artists — an intercultural and intergenerational cast of BIPOC dancers who carry mixed identities (such as ancestry, cultural experiences, languages, gender and more).

With diversity as a centering principle, we explore Tangen’s emerging concept of “mixed-icism” as a template for relation-building and adaptation in the age of climate crisis.
