Collaborating artist visionaries reveal cyberspace as a realm of ritual, to reimagine the future from the brink of collapse of the dominant system and re-emergence of Indigenous cosmologies.

Toasterlab presents I.F. : Indigenous Futurities : Dancing Earth in CyberSpace live streaming on the global, commons-based, peer produced HowlRound TV network at howlround.tv.

Technology is reclaimed to affirm connections between distant places and times. At a time of DisDancing: what is the message from human-to-human; what is the sacred invisible web that connects us? We reach into the constellations to remember ancestral stories of creation after destruction, to guide us forward.

Natalie Benally’s much anticipate workshop with UxI 2020: Urban-Indigenous Futurism on Thursday June 11 from 5-6pm PDT, will be joined by Dancing Earth warrior brother Trey Vision, of proud Afro-Native heritage. We send our love to Natalie Benally who returns home to Navajo Nation to be with family as her relatives moves into the ancestral realm. Assist Natalie’s Family cost HERE.

This nation is looking now towards black people: to support, ask for direction, and repair what has been broken. With strength, compassion and dignity Eugene Trey Pickett III will offer AFRO-SOMATICS!

Justin Giehm

Justin Giehm is a dancer, model, and aspiring actor based in Colorado, of Navajo, German and mixed heritage. He learned dance off YouTube and now performs all over the world. He was hired as an actor in two seasons of the show “Jamestown.” Justin also works as a graphic designer and video editor.
