This 4 class series through the month of July will host a rotating lineup of Master's Hoop Dance teachers. Each teacher will be teaching with their personal style and personal philosophy of culture, dance and technique informed by their individual Native culture and teachings. Every class can be taken individually or as a series. Donations can be made directly to teachers.

In days where fear plagues minds join this class to kick ass and break through barriers. This class offers an invigorating daily routine where we focus on igniting a warrior spirit. Set your fire free by building your mind, body, and spirit to endure these trying times. Set aside an hour and fifteen minutes five days a week to keep your sanity. Functional strength and endurance training will be a confidence boost for engaging the day. Track your progress over four to eight weeks in this Dynamic human development endeavor and pedagogy by Trey Pickett’s active lifestyle philosophy.
